• Shareable workout cards

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use Just A Track, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Subscription and Payments

Subscription Plans

Just A Track offers subscription-based access to the Service. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Price changes with 30 days notice

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing period until you cancel.

Refunds and Cancellation

We offer:

• 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
• The right to cancel at any time from your profile settings
• Access until the end of your current billing period after cancellation
• No refunds for partial billing periods (except within the 30-day guarantee)

User Content and Conduct

Your Content

You retain all rights to the workout data and content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Share your account with others
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Just A Track. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Accuracy of calorie calculations and workout metrics
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Completeness or reliability of content

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUST A TRACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or malware transmitted through the Service

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
